What we collect

When you ask to join, we collect your name, school admission number (optional), batch year, NIC number, mobile number, place, e-mail (optional) and message so the committee can check your membership and contact you. Only the committee can see this; it is never shown on the public website.

How we use it

Your details are used only for KOTAGALA PPA membership. We do not sell or share them. This public website never shows member names, phone numbers or photos. Event accounts are shown only to members who have logged in.

Your choices

To correct or remove your details, contact the committee using the details in the footer.
